The 18th annual Miss heart of Florida Pageant is being sponsored by the PASCO COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION and is open to young ladies between the ages of six (6) and seventeen (17). The Pageant will be held on Friday, February 22nd, 2008.
THERE IS A $35.00 ENTRY FEE THAT MUST
ACCOMPANY THE ENTRY FORM, NON-REFUNDABLE.

1. Contestants must be between the ages of six (6) and seventeen (17) inclusive, as of
February 16, 2008.
2. Contestants must be single, never been married or pregnant.
3. Contestants must be of good moral character and never have been convicted of a crime.
4. Contestants must have resided within the county of Pasco for the past six (6) months.
5. Contestants must furnish their own apparel. Requirements are as follows:
GROUP 1: WEE LITTLE MISS HEART OF FLORIDA – AGES 6 – 8.
Must wear short or tea length dress. No MAKE-UP,BLEACHED OR DYED HAIR & NO HAIRPIECES.
GROUP 2: LITTLE MISS HEART OF FLORIDA – AGES 9-10
Must wear short or long, age-appropriate dress. LIP GLOSS IS ACCEPTABLE
BUT NO BLEACHED OR DYED HAIR OR HAIRPIECES.
GROUP 3: JR. LITTLE MISS HEART OF FLORIDA – AGES 11-12.
Must wear age-appropriate dress. A LITTLE FOUNDATION, LITTLE BLUSH,
VERY LIGHT LIPSTICK AND NO BLEACH OR DYED HAIR OR HAIRPIECES.
GROUP 4: JR. MISS HEARTOF FLORIDA – AGES 13-14.
VERY LIGHT FACE MAKE-UP; DRESS SHOULD FIT THEIR AGE.
GROUP 5: MISS HEART OF FLORIDA – AGES 15-17. Must wear long, age-appropriate
Dress. FACE MAKE-UP DONE IN GOOD TASTE, HAIR COLORING TO FIT
THE YOUNG LADY’S AGE.
NO GLOVES OR HATS FOR ANY AGE GROUP.
6. NO MOTHERS WILL BE ALLOWED BACKSTAGE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON
BEFORE OR DURING THE PAGEANT.
7. The Pasco County Fair Association will request the winners of each group to participate in
promotional activities when asked. Each winner will be asked to ride in the Homecoming
Parade, Dade City Christmas Parade, December, 2008; Founders Day Parade in Zephyrhills,
March, 2008 and the Pasco County Fair Parade, Feb., 2009.
8. Entry forms must be received in the Pasco County Fair Office by 5 p.m. on Thursday,
January 31, 2008. Entry form must be signed by both contestant and parent.
9. Contestants will not be allowed to perform modeling poses or modeling walks while on stage.
10. A former winner of one group may advance to the next age group if the contestant is at
least ninety (90) days away from her birthday and the date of the Pageant.
