GROUP"
The 2008 PASCO COUNTY FAIR BABY PAGEANT will be held on Sunday, February
24th. The contest will be held on stage in DAN CANNON AUDITORIUM. Judging
will begin at:
Group 1 -- 4:30 p.m. GROUP 4 -- 2:00 p.m.
Group 2 -- 3:30 p.m. GROUP 5 -- 1:30 p.m.
Group 3 -- 2:45 p.m. GROUP 6 -- 1:00 p.m.
Check –in time will be ½ hour prior to the beginning of
each group’s contest.
1. The Baby Pageant operates under the General Rules and Regulations
governing the 2008 Pasco County Fair. The General Rules and Regulations
are available upon request.
2. Each contestant will be judged on personality, natural appearance
and beauty.
3. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 25 GIRLS & 25 BOYS PER GROUP.
ALL ENTRY FORMS AND A $25.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) ENTRY FEE MUST BE FILED
WITH THE FAIR OFFICE BY 5 P.M. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2008. MAIL ALL ENTRIES

NO ENTRY FORMS ACCEPTED AFTER DEADLINE OF FEBRUARY 15, 2008.
4. Parents of the contestant must have lived in Pasco County for six
months prior to the pageant date.
5. Each contestant may be dressed as desired, EXCEPT NO LONG DRESSES,
NO TUXEDOS, NO MAKE UP AND NO PAGEANT DRESSES WILL BE ALLOWED. “Sunday
Best” is acceptable. Contestant will not be judged if this rule
is ignored.
6. THERE WILL BE SIX AGE GROUPS JUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
Group 1 – 0 through 12 months of age
Group 2 – One year of age
Group 3 – Two years of age
Group 4 – Three years of age
Group 5 – Four years of age
Group 6 – Five years of age
7. The Prince and Princess will be selected from Group 6 ONLY. Children
must not
have reached their 6th birthday by Sunday, February 24, 2008.
8. Trophies will be presented to the winners in each group. Ribbons
will be awarded
to second- and third-place winners in each group. Each child will receive
a pageant keepsake. A $25.00 entry fee is required and non-refundable.
NO PASSES will be issued to parents. FAIR MEMBERSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE
IN THE FAIR OFFICE MARCH THROUGH JANUARY.

10. Groups 1, 2, 3 and 4, each child will be accompanied on stage by
one adult.
Groups 5 and 6, each child will walk on stage unaccompanied by an adult.
